Al Shiba Guards provides SIRA-licensed security guard services and Dubai Municipality-certified lifeguard services under individually agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Quotations & Contracts
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to a site assessment. Final pricing is confirmed in a signed service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe site access, accurate site information, and timely notice of any change in requirements.
4. Liability
Al Shiba Guards maintains appropriate licensing and insurance in line with UAE private security and public safety regulations. Liability terms are detailed in the signed service agreement for each engagement.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
