Security Guard Licensing
Every guard holds an individual SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) licence, renewed annually, backed by a Dubai Police Good Conduct Certificate and a completed Basic Security Training course covering access control, threat assessment, defensive tactics and emergency response.
Lifeguard Certification
Every lifeguard is certified by Dubai Municipality's Public Health & Safety Department, with CPR, first aid and AED qualifications accredited in line with Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS) standards.

Application & Screening
Identity verification, employment history and reference checks.
Police Clearance

Medical & Fitness Test
